Running Late?

Serrano's Serenity Spa is a very popular Hair Salon. This

means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up 15

minutes late to your appointment (without letting us know),

we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the allotted

time, which could result in rescheduling and a fee.

Cancellations

At Serrano's Serenity Spa, we do our best to make sure all your needs

are taken care of. Kindly note that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.

If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, will result in a 50% charge of the full service.
